A set menu running throughout August as part of Heart of the City's Restaurant Month,
Auckland City Centre. Regional Indian cooking from Delhi to Kerala, Kashmir to Bengal,
served for the table.

Dahi Chaat Bomb — Delhi
Crisp semolina shell, cumin potato, yogurt, tamarind, mint chutney, pomegranate, sev.
Mushroom Pepper Fry Tart — Tamil Nadu
Wild mushroom pepper fry, caramelised shallot, curry leaf, coconut custard.

Squid, coconut, shallot, curry leaf, green chilli, black pepper and coastal spices.

Slow-braised lamb rib, saffron-spiced milk, crisp ghee finish, doon chutney, pickled radish.
